Browse the psychologist directory, filter by the concern you want help with and your preferred language, then open a profile. Choose an available date and time, enter your details and complete the short intake form. You get a confirmation once the booking is made.

Fees are set by each psychologist and shown on their profile before you book, in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Browsing the directory and using the matching questionnaire are free.

All times on Serenica are Pakistan Standard Time (PKT). If you are booking from abroad, convert to your local time before choosing a slot — mistaking the time zone is the most common reason a first session is missed.

Yes. Contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment and we will move it or refund it. Cancellations inside 24 hours, and sessions missed without notice, are not refundable. If a psychologist has to cancel, you can reschedule or take a full refund.

Both, depending on the psychologist. Each profile states which formats they offer, and you can filter the directory to show only those available online.

Yes. Online sessions are available internationally, subject to your psychologist's availability. Serenica was built partly for Pakistanis and South Asians living abroad who want culturally familiar care.

Use the matching questionnaire — it asks about your concern, preferred language, session format and availability, then ranks psychologists accordingly. Beyond that, read a few profiles: their areas of work, qualifications and how they describe their approach tell you a lot about whether they are a fit.

Yes. You can filter the directory by language, and every profile lists the languages that psychologist offers sessions in — including Urdu, English and several regional languages.

Yes. Before a profile is published, each psychologist submits their qualifications and identity documents for review, and the documents required depend on where they are registered to practise. A profile appears in the directory only once that review is complete.

That is common and it is not a problem. Get in touch and we will help you find someone else. Fit between a client and a therapist matters more than any single credential, and it is normal to need a second try.

Yes. What you discuss with your psychologist is treated as confidential. There are recognised exceptions where information may be shared without your agreement: where there is a serious and immediate risk to your life or someone else's, where a child or vulnerable adult may be at risk, or where the law requires it. Your psychologist will explain how this applies to your care.

No — and please do not use it as one. The contact form and WhatsApp reach our admin team, not a clinician. Keep clinical detail for your session, where it is properly protected.

Complete the psychologist registration form with your professional details, qualifications and availability. There are separate document pathways depending on the country you are registered in.

Your qualifications, professional background, the areas you work in, the languages you offer sessions in, your availability, and identity and credential documents appropriate to where you practise.

The Serenica team reviews what you submit and may come back to you for clarification or additional documents. Once approved, your profile is published to the directory and clients can find and book with you.

No. Serenica accepts psychologists registered in a range of countries, and clients regularly look for practitioners who share their language or cultural background from abroad.
