These terms apply when you use serenicaclinic.com to browse psychologists, book a session, or contact us. Serenica is operated by Meeting Matters Clinic, House 66, Street 73, F-11/1, Islamabad, Pakistan.
What Serenica is
Serenica lets you find psychologists and book sessions with them. Sessions are delivered by the individual psychologist you book with, using their own professional judgement.
This is not an emergency service
Serenica is not monitored continuously and is not suitable for urgent situations. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or go to your nearest hospital rather than waiting for a reply here.
Booking and payment
- Session fees are shown on each psychologist's profile before you book, in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- A booking is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive a confirmation.
- Session times shown on this site are in Pakistan Standard Time (PKT) unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
- You may cancel or reschedule a session by contacting us at least 24 hours before the appointment, and we will refund or move it.
- Cancellations inside 24 hours, and sessions missed without notice, are not refundable.
- If a psychologist cancels, or a session cannot go ahead for a reason on our side, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
Your responsibilities
Please give accurate information when booking, since your care may depend on it. Keep your account details to yourself. Sessions may not be recorded without the explicit agreement of everyone present.
Psychologists on the platform
Psychologists listed on Serenica submit their qualifications and identity documents to us before their profile is published. Each remains individually responsible for their own professional conduct, registration and the clinical care they provide.
Confidentiality and its limits
What you discuss in a session is treated as confidential. There are recognised exceptions, in which information may be shared without your agreement: where there is a serious and immediate risk to your life or someone else's, where a child or vulnerable adult may be at risk of harm, or where a court or the law requires disclosure. Your psychologist will explain how this applies to your care.

Complaints
If something goes wrong, please tell us at info@serenicaclinic.com so we can look into it. We aim to acknowledge complaints within five working days.
