About Asma Nisa

I am Dr. Asma Nisa, a Clinical Psychologist with a PhD in Psychology. I have clinical training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and advanced training in the Unified Protocol for the Transdiagnostic Treatment of Emotional Disorders from the USA. I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, emotional difficulties, trauma and challenges in daily life.

My approach is evidence-based, ethical, and person-centered. While I use proven therapeutic methods, I believe therapy should begin with understanding the person, not just applying techniques. I take time to understand your experiences, emotions, strengths, struggles, and life context so that therapy feels relevant and meaningful to you.

Clients can expect a safe, respectful, and confidential space where their well-being and safety are the highest priority. My goal is to help you understand your emotional patterns, develop practical coping skills, and move forward at your own pace with professional support and care.
