About Muhammad Hamza
I am Muhammad Hamza, a Clinical Psychologist with an MS in Clinical Psychology from NUST. My practice is guided by a client-centered philosophy, where therapy becomes a respectful, safe, and non-judgmental space for clients to feel heard, understood, and supported toward meaningful change.
My clinical experience includes counselling, psychotherapy, clinical assessment, CBT, DBT-informed skills, REBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, ABA-informed support, play-based approaches, motivational work, group interventions, behavioural de-escalation, and emotional regulation support. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, neurodivergent individuals, individuals with special needs, and families facing emotional, behavioural, developmental, adjustment-related, and stress-related concerns.
My work is shaped by a commitment to inclusivity, dignity, cultural sensitivity, and accessible mental health care. I aim to understand each client within the wider context of their personal history, family system, culture, community, developmental needs, and social realities.
At the heart of my practice is a simple belief: people heal best when they are understood deeply, supported respectfully, and seen within the full context of their lives.
