About Ayesha Riaz

I hold a Bachelor’s degree with honours, followed by a Master’s degree and an MPhil in Clinical Psychology, as well as a further Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology from UK. Doing my PhD in Psychology completed my coursework working on my research. I have over three years of clinical experience working with adults and older adults in Pakistan, supporting individuals living with a wide range of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, obsessive‑compulsive disorder, and substance misuse. In my practice, I use evidence‑based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and various other therapeutic methods tailored to each person’s needs. For the past two years, I have been based in the United Kingdom, working with autistic children within a specialist school setting. My combined academic background and diverse practical experience allow me to take a well‑rounded, holistic approach to supporting those I work with.
