About Zinia Ali
Zinia Ali I am a Clinical Psychologist with an MS in Clinical Psychology and over 2.5 years of experience supporting adolescents and adults through a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges. I have worked in hospital and clinical settings, helping individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, panic attacks, OCD, stress, relationship difficulties, grief, low self-esteem, adjustment challenges, and the emotional impact of chronic illness.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where you are heard, understood, and supported without judgment. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and supportive counselling to help you develop healthier coping strategies and build emotional resilience. Alongside my clinical work, I am actively involved in psychological research, with work published in a peer-reviewed journal and presented at national conferences, with additional research accepted for presentation at international scientific conferences.
I strive to provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported as they develop effective coping skills, build resilience, and work toward meaningful, lasting positive change
