About SIdra Shakoor
I'm a Clinical Psychologist with a Master's in Clinical Psychology, an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Psychology (ADCP), and a Bachelor's in Psychology and have worked for over four years in different clinical, rehabilitation, child psychology and hospital settings. I have worked at Dua Rehab Center Lahore, Adil Special School and Rehabilitation Center Sargodha and Niazi Welfare Foundation Teaching Hospital. Currently a Clinical Psychologist at Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cardiology, Sargodha.
My approach is mainly patient centred which means understanding what is specifically unique about the concerns, needs and situation of each client. I aim to create a safe, non-judgemental and empathetic space for my clients to be heard, respected and understood. I value the concept of privacy, confidentiality and dignity in the therapeutic process.
Clients will find compassionate listening, professional psychological care, and a collaborative effort focused on understanding their concerns, understanding coping strategies, and working towards psychological health.
