Zeba saghir | Clinical Psychologist
Helping clients navigate Anxiety, Depression through a thoughtful, culturally sensitive, and client-centered approach.
About Zeba saghir
I’m a Clinical Psychologist with over 7 years of experience supporting people through different emotional, psychological, and life challenges. Over the years, I have worked with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, panic attacks, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, emotional struggles, and behavioral concerns.
My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and non-judgmental. I understand that opening up about personal experiences can sometimes feel difficult, so I aim to create a space where clients feel comfortable, heard, and understood. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed techniques, and trauma-informed interventions, while always adapting therapy to the individual sitting in front of me.
When working with me, clients can expect therapy to feel like a collaborative process. We will work together to understand what you are going through, explore the patterns that may be affecting you, and find practical ways to cope and move forward. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach every person has a different story, different experiences, and different needs.
My goal is not simply to help clients feel better in the moment, but to help them better understand themselves, manage difficult emotions, build healthier coping skills, and feel more confident in handling life’s challenges. Most importantly, I want my clients to feel that they don’t have to face everything alone.
